New Construction Far From Recovery

http://birmingham.bizjournals.com/birmingham/stories/2009/10/05/daily9.html This article highlights that while there is some good news in the real estate market, the demand for new homes is still far below what could be defined as a "recovery". Currently, the number of foreclosed homes on the market continues to depress demand for new homes in the state. New housing construction still has a ways to go before we can declare this downturn over. Sad, but true.
