The Real Estate Closing: The Documents

A real closing is a collection of documents. Nothing more, nothing less. However, there are many questions (often the same ones) that arise in every real estate transaction from both the purchaser and seller. I will attempt to provide a brief summary and description of these documents and try to arm you with a little knowledge about what you can expect the next time you review these at your closing.
